The Summer Solstice lecture

On Friday, June 20, 2014 The Toronto Group of The Aetherius Society gave an interesting talk on the topic of ‘The Summer Solstice~Tune Into Its Innate Power’ to 10 attentive people at the Origo Bookstore in Toronto. 
The first part of the 2 hour lecture went into some of the ancient cultures that had a deep understanding of this annual event and showed slides of some of their structures that were aligned perfectly to the sun on the summer solstice. Also, the new production of the Eighth Blessing was played, which was beautiful as well as inspiring to everyone. Finally, a further explanation of the Service of the Twelve Blessings and how everyone should send their love and thankfulness always to the Mighty Sun, and especially the next day during the exact summer solstice. It was very well received and people had positive comments afterwards.
