Yoga Breathing course

On Sunday, November 11, 2018 The Toronto Group taught a second Yoga Breathing Workshop to 6 people;
5 new students, and 1 ‘refresher’. The class was very interactive and a lot of helpful points were made clear for everyone by the
many good questions brought forth, as well as the descriptive and explanatory slides shown. 
It went extremely well and was enjoyed by all!

We are planning some further classes early in the new year on Mantra and Prayer which all the attenders seemed
interested and very glad to hear.
